CENTRSALIZERS-TIRBOLIZERS – CTG, CTL, CTZS TYPES
The centralizers-turbulizers are designed for equipping casing strings made of pipes complying with GOST 632 so that to ensure fail-safe pipe string run-in-hole and cementing of well in relation to bore hole walls so that to obtain cement stone of equal thickness around the casing string, swirling around the casing string and turbulization of the fluid flow in the annular space during cementing. The swirling increases the efficiency of displacement and replacement of drill mud with cement slurry in zone of operation of turbulizers in caved portions of the bore, and in case of eccentric position of the string in the well.
The application field of centralizers-turbulizers is universal – vertical, controlled-directional and horizontal expendable, oil and gas wells. The centralizer is made of steel by casting method according to the pipe and casing string size. The centralizer has tubular body with a hole for installation on the well casing. The centralizer position is fixed by means of screws or wedges ensuring rigid fixation of the centralizer on the run-in-hole casing.
