LINER HANGER NON-CEMENTED PROTECTED LINER HANGER, PHCZ TYPE
The PHCZ cemented protected liner hanger is designed for running in of the casing string hanger in the bore hole, subsequent cementing of the liner and sealing of the annulus.
Its feature is hydraulic packer which actuates by means of differential pressure on its drive and it does not require discharging of the transporting string on the hanger head for the packer actuation. The hydraulic packer is equipped with packer adjustment assembly enhancing reliability of the disconnection at high differential pressure values.
The device consists of a hydraulic anchor, hydraulic anchor, hydraulic disconnection, mechanical disconnection by means of turn-away, packer adjustment.
Once the hanger actuates, the installation tool in pulled out, drilling out of the device is not required. We manufacture the PHCZ hangers for running in the casing strings made of pipes according to GOST 632-80, Specs 14-161-163-96 with rated size 102,114 and 127 mm.
